Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Winners will be selected from Snow Leopard Fans who have joined the Paddy Power Kwame’s Army on Facebook and who have emailed their contact details, name and location to the team at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

2. This competition is being run by the Ghana Ski Association and our decision on competition winners will be final. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone. Prizes that require dispatch will be sent ASAP but please allow a few days for dispatch.  In the event that a winner cannot be notified within a 14 day period then the Ghana Ski Association reserve the right to select another winner.

3. Winners will be notified by email as a primary method of communication with a phone number as back-up secondary communication channel.

4. Winners will be selected at random on a daily basis for T-shirts, posters and other items. The winners for other prizes such as joining the team will be notified 2 days before events in Whistler (14th party at Maxx Fish, 21st party at Maxx Fish nightclub and 24th Ghana House Dinner at Labocca Whistler.)

5. The competition will start on Saturday 6th February and will run through to the close of the Vancouver Winter Olympics on 28th February 2010. 

6. The Ghana Ski Association complies with the UK legislation The Data Protection Act 1998 and will keep any data provided in a safe.

7. Only one entry per person is allowed per prize draw. Entries will only be accepted via the official e-mail entry address provided.

8. Ghana Ski Association reserves the right to alter, amend or close the competition if necessary.

9. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or undelivered entries.

10. Entry to this competition signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions which include the competition instructions and rules.

11. Ghana Ski Association reserve the right to publish names of competition winners in relation to publicity.

12. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors.

13. You must me over 19 years of age to be able to attend any prize events. We may require proof of age from winners.

Entrant details provided will be used only for informing entrants of the results and will thereafter be destroyed, unless wider use has been permitted by the entrant.
